Good hair, smooth process
My recent purchase was a set of Body Wave Bundles. Ordering was straightforward on their site. The hair arrived in about 6 days, pretty standard for online orders these days. The bundles felt full and the wave pattern was consistent throughout. I was able to bleach and dye it to my preferred color without much trouble, which is always a good sign for virgin hair. The only small thing was that the tracking update seemed to lag by a day, so it showed as 'pre-shipment' even after it had already left. Otherwise, everything went well from start to finish.
Decent quality, small issue
I ordered a Transparent Lace Wig a few weeks ago. The hair itself is really soft and looks pretty natural after I installed it. Shipping was okay, took about a week and a half which was a little longer than I hoped, but it did arrive securely packaged. I contacted customer service about some shedding around the nape area after the first wash, and they were polite and offered some tips, but the shedding didn't completely stop. For the price, it's good value, just wish the shedding was less noticeable. Overall, a solid 4 stars.

Got the 13x4 Lace Frontal again, and it's just as good as the last two I ordered. Shipping was fast, took about 4 days to get to me this time. Never had an issue with their hair, which is why I keep coming back.
